User Agreement for Purchasing or Using the Product

Before purchasing or using this product, carefully review these terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of this product signifies your understanding and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.

Product License:

Upon purchasing this digital master resell rights product from Digital Bloom with Grace, you receive a non-exclusive license to resell it to others with master resell rights. You have the liberty to sell the product multiple times and retain 100% of the profits.

Limitations:

You are not permitted to modify the product. However, you can customise your sales process, claim ownership over the product and sales process.

Warranties:

This product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The seller does not provide any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to this product, including copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong solely to the seller.

Termination:

The seller commits to never terminate this agreement. Upon purchase, the digital product remains in the possession of the purchaser for resale, as long as distribution rights are adhered to. Violation of the distribution rights agreement will result in restricted access to the digital product.

Refunds:

All sales of this product are final. No refunds will be issued due to the downloadable content included in the product.

Liability:

The seller cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, written or oral, concerning the subject matter herein.
